The cost of a service on a watch can vary quite considerably, depending on the complications and brand of the watch. If you bring your watch in to our workshop we can let you know the exact cost and how long we will need your watch for.
Do you service vintage watches?
Yes, we can repair almost any watch, in the event that parts require replacement and are no longer available we can make the necessary parts in our workshop.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No, there is no need to make an appointment, Just drop in whenever suits you. Our opening hours are:

How long does it take to replace the battery and pressure test a watch?
We keep an extensive range of watch seals in stock and perform all work in house, so we can have your watch resealed with a new battery within the hour.

Your workshop is quite a distance from where I live, can I send my watch in for a quote?
Yes, that’s no problem, Just ensure the watch is well packaged and include your contact details with a description of the work you would like to have done . Our address is:

Can I easily access your workshop?
Yes. We are located on the ground level with street frontage. There are no steps at the entrance of the workshop. We maintain a clear access to the reception counter with customer seating available. Our workshop is well lit and quiet at all times. There is ample street parking available and with well maintained footpaths in the area. The no 67 and 950 busses stop 25 metres from our workshop entrance, every 7 minutes. If you have any special requirements in order for you to access our service, please contact us so we can accomodate for your requirements.
